The young and talented Thitid Tassanakajohn’s (AKA Chef Ton) restaurant Le Du ranks 14th in the prestigious Asia's 50 Best Restaurants. Michelin starred Le Du's menu is a bold look at modern Thai cuisine, pairing seasonal local products and the latest culinary techniques. Chef Ton has a diploma from The Culinary Institute of America and has worked in some of New York’s best restaurants - The Modern at the MoMA, Jean Georges and Eleven Madison Park.
