Originally from Sheffield, Josh has spent over seven years working in Michelin starred kitchens, including Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and alongside Shane Osborn in Hong Kong. In addition he spent two years at Dabbous as sous chef, as well as L’Autre Pied and Elystan Street with Phil Howard. Josh also worked as a private chef for the American ambassador. Josh has now joined Ollie Dabbous as head chef at Hide Ground, which received a Michelin star only a few months after opening. Under the command of a thirty-year-old chef, Josh has a team of 50 cooks who fully share his ethos: a minimum of ingredients, a maximum of taste, because the product must speak for itself.
