Dmitriy Bogachev

Dmitry Bogachev is a Russian chef and self-confessed culinary bibliophile originally from a small town in the Leningrad region called Pikalevo. Bogachev graduated as a cook from Naval school and age 17 got his first job cooking in a cafe. After working his way through the ranks in several Russian kitchens, in 2014 he landed the position of Head Chef at Mansarda restaurant in St Petersburg. The restaurant is famous for its striking panoramic views of the city, and it is here where Dmitry creates stunning dishes showcasing a plethora of both European and Asian flavours and techniques.
