Tartarbar is the second venue of the young chef-cum-restaurateurs Dmitry Blinov and Renat Malikov.

Opened in 2015, following the huge success of their first restaurant Duo, Tartartar Bar is a mix of casual dinning with a modern setting. With 42 seats, in an exposed brick and open kitchen venue, TartarBar is a concept restaurant that focuses on raw dishes, serving mainly tartares, ceviches, carpaccios and tatakis. Offal produces are also the highlight of the menu, showcasing a different approach of ingredients that are not often used in Russia.
