Moroshka for Pushkin

Moroshka for Pushkin is a two-floor restaurant situated by the Moyka River. The name comes from a Russian popular legend, which tells how Pushki’s final wishes was a hand-full of Moroshkas, or cloudberries in English. The restaurant is a tribute to the famous Russian poet and his presence is not only on name the of the restaurant, but also in the menu sections, with lines of his famous works quoted throughout.

The menu is designed by the head chef Roman Palkin, and comes from the idea of using traditional Russian ingredients with unusual combinations of the Scandinavian cuisine, selected by seasonal and local produces.
