A 400 square meter open kitchen with a pizza stove takes the center stage at Gastronomika, where head chef Anton Isakov treats his guests to a fresh take on international cuisine. The natural wood contrasts with urban overtones to create a memorable interior, with a recently-opened glass terrace and colourful details throughout. Under the guidance of chef Alexander Bolkovich, Isakov and his team create playful fusions of Russian, Asian and Continental cuisine, bringing a new and highly unusual menu.
