On June 11, St. Petersburg Gourmet Days team collects project participants at the official cocktail party on the occasion of launch of the Festival's third season.
The landmark event will take place within the walls of Four Seasons Lion Palace hotel. The representatives of foreign and Russian press, chéfs and restaurateurs, Festival partners and representatives of the Government of St. Petersburg and St. Petersburg Committee for Development of Tourism will meet in the refined atmosphere of Tea Lounge restaurant.
The symbolic party emphasizes the mission of the Festival - to tell the world about the northern capital, showing the Russian city as one of the most interesting and permanently developing tourist destinations.
The theme of the party will be "vegetable food" in all its diversity and responsible consumption without which it is impossible to imagine a successful restaurant of the future. Dmitry Blinov (Harvest, Duoband), Evgeny Vikentev (Hamlet + Jacks), Alexey Kanevsky (Smoke BBQ), Maxim Torganov (BeefZavod), Khezret-Arslan Berdiev (Birch), Andrei Kostarev (Gastroli), Igor Zorin (The Repa, Terrassa), Dmitry Bogachev (Mr. Bo, Mansarda, Gastronomika), Havan Chong (Sintoho), Valerio Andrisani (Percorso) and Eler Tukhtayev (Tea Lounge) will present a themed menu created from products grown in the North-Western region. A special dessert invented for this party by Nicolas Lambert, pastry chéf of Four Seasons Lion Palace, will be a concluding chord in the journey to the world of tastes.
The official cocktail party will be held with the support of the gastronomic partners - The Singleton whiskey festival from the heart of Scotland, Italian mineral water Acqua Panna and S. Pellegrino and Italian coffee Illy.
