Ayo Adeyemi of Tippling Club and Dmitry Blinov of Tartarbar

On June 6th, during the international gastronomic festival St. Petersburg Gourmet Days, the restaurant Tartarbar will host a tour of the Singaporean restaurant Tippling Club for one night only. Tippling club occupies 31st place in The Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants rating.

A complete team from Tippling Club will arrive at the festival, along with the chef Ayo Adeyemi and the restaurant’s bartender. Tippling Club is one of the Singapore’s top restaurants - trendy & modern, and where avant-garde cuisine has no geographical, ethnical or national borders. The restaurant’s British founder Ryan Clift is a true “rock-n-roll” star. He has formed an incredible team, built his own herb garden, and has placed special attention on cocktails, created in collaboration with his bartenders.

Ayo Adeyemi and Tartarbar team, led by Dmitry Blinov, will cook a special tasting menu with the best Tippling Club dishes, paired with single-molted 12 years old Scottish whisky The Singleton.

The event starts at 6:00 p.m.

The price of the testing menu: 4 900 roubles.
