James Lowe of Lyle’s and Igor Zorin of The Repa

On June 7th during the international gastronomic festival St. Petersburg Gourmet Days, the restaurant The Repa will host a tour of the London restaurant Lyle’s, which occupies 54th place in the World’s Best Restaurants and is starred by the Michelin guide.

Lyle’s head chef James Lowe, is a big advocate of new British cuisine and favors a fresh outlook on the usual things. He worked for St John Bread & Wine for 4 years and afterwards opened Lyle’s— a place which has won the hearts of the gastronomic community. James communicates with British farmers and fishermen, studying local food traditions and searching for inspiration in the simplicity of their flavors.

In the restaurant The Repa, James Lowe will cook with chef Igor Zorin and his team to create a tasting menu with pairing by a 12 year old single-malt Scottish whisky, The Singleton.

The event starts at 7:30 p.m.

The price of the tasting menu: 4 900 roubles.
