On June 6th, during the international gastronomic festival St. Petersburg Gourmet Days, chef Pablo Salas from Mexico will present his tasting menu from the restaurant Amaranta, which occupies 15th place in the Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants rating.

Pablo Salas is a leading figure of Latin American cuisine; he often travels all over the world, performing at gastronomic events and introducing his audience to contemporary culinary styles of Mexico. The chef’s musical passion is reflected in his bright and eccentric cuisine, which draws on the culinary traditions of his native Mexico.

At the dinner hosted by «Atelier Tapas & Bar», Pablo Salas, together with chef Ilya Burnasov, will cook a «journey menu» from his homeland of Mexico, in which he will display all the natural richness and culture of his country. Whisky pairing with 12 years old a single-malt Scottish whisky The Singelton will also be offered.
